Thanks for stopping by :) I’m a yoga and pilates instructor based out of the Bay Area. I started my training for yoga at YogaWorks Walnut Creek completing 500 hours. When I first started training I didn’t think I would ever teach! I was terrified of public speaking, but just like the yoga practice, I kept trying even if it was nowhere near perfect. That truly is the beauty of yoga though, all you have to do is show up. Shortly after I started training in pilates, and I completed another 500 hours including mat and reformer. Pilates has giving me a whole new world of movements to explore, and I have loved being able to share it. As things are forever changing I continue to study and be a student as well. I feel that it is important so that I can always offer to the best of my abilities. My goal is to offer accessible classes and to expand offering resources. I will never turn anyone away for a class, because I believe movement is for everyone.
